AMBIT
AMBIT offers eligible companies from Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Ireland the opportunity to be matched with a host company in the US to provide business and management development for a manager or technical expert employed by the participant company. The participant company will continue to pay the salary of their manager/technical expert during the time he or she is in the US. The AMBIT programme which is funded by IFI and administered by DHFETE will provide funding to cover:
• Return airfare
• Medical and travel insurance
• Living allowance to cover accommodation and expenses of up to US $100 per day.
• Assistance in applying for a US visa

Graduate into Business
This initiative provides companies with the opportunity to employ a recent graduate into a management position that previously has not been available in the company.

As the post is a developmental position, Invest NI will fund 50% of the individual's salary during year one and year two (not including benefits).

Management Salary Grant (MSG)
The purpose of MSG is to encourage a growing company to strengthen its management team through providing assistance with the employment of an experienced and skilled manager to fill a new position in the company. Generally 50% assistance can be provided with the salary costs of the position for one year (not including benefits).
